 A series of workshops designed to help us find happiness in our daily lives. Through meditation, teaching, and discussion, we will explore how to uplift our mind and overcome stress and anxiety.
For beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
Join classes at any time.
Workshops are based on the book "How to Solve our Human Problems"
by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

 What is the ultimate, supreme goal of human life? We
should ask ourself what we consider to be most important
-- what do we wish for, strive for, daydream about? Although
we often seek happiness and meaning in external things,
they can never give us the perfect lasting happiness that
all of us, in our heart of hearts, long for. In this day
course, Gen-la Dekyong will help us to appreciate the unprecedented
opportunity that this life gives us to make our life truly
meaningful through following the path to our ultimate,
supreme goal.
Gen-la Dekyong is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation
Center California in Los Angeles, and the US National
Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Traditon.
