 Happiness is possible for everyone. But most of us are looking for happiness in all the wrong places. These practical, inspiring classes are designed to help us solve our problems and lead happier lives.
Everyone is welcome in these Thursday night classes, which are based on the book How to Solve Our Human Problems, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Here you will learn new ways of dealing with problems such as anger, stress, fear, anxiety, depression, guilt, regret, sadness, aging, sleeplessness, and inability to concentrate.
Every class includes guided meditations for relaxation and for learning new skills. Each class is self-contained, so come whenever you can.
While Ray Potter is at Summer Festival (July 22, 29, and August 5), classes will continue at the Dharmachakra Buddhist Center, 1301 N. Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs

Senior students will conduct Heart Jewel—the sung prayers that are the central daily practice of the New Kadampa Tradition. Explanations and prayer booklets will be provided. |
