- A series of workshops designed to help us find happiness in
our daily lives.
- Through meditation, teaching, and discussion, we will explore
how to uplift our mind and overcome stress and anxiety.
- For beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
- Based on the book "Introduction
to Buddhism " by
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
These classes will be taught by Saundra Young.
